Does this mean I’m referring to a disease or someone is suffering from mental problems?Well then it’s a big NO!
Mental Health/Mental Well Being has a lot of Facts,Facets N Theories from the experts, but what do we fathom out as a lay man?
Yes it is Depression and just to remind all of us once  again it is not a disease…It is a state of mind when a person is dwelling between the Reality N Delusion
Depression is living in a body that fights to,survive with a mind that tries to die

It has no millennial or category to have it,it can happen to any of us including me,you or your loved ones…It has no warning signals. Its something that just happens and once it does, its stubborn and mundane. It refuses to see your Stature or Defamation…But does that mean we should suppress it and not talk about it?…

Rather I feel we must,I’m sure you all have come across a piece of writing regarding this and different people have different perspectives about it but, the only request that I would make to you’ll is don’t have a pre-conceived notion regarding Depression

Because you’ve never been through it Depression rather maybe you’ve heard or read about it…Its literally a war that one goes through within oneself.
It comes in many forms and everybody has their own traits to it. It differs from one person to the other…

People may experience:Anxiety,Apathy,Guilt,Hopelessness,Lack of interest in people or activities…Behaviour changes drastically  which leads to Agitation,Social Isolation, Excessive Crying Or Sadness etc…Some also struggle with their sleep patterns either they go insomniac or restless sleep…People also develop excessive hunger or loss of appetite absolutely, lack of concentration/motivation or in some real unfortunate cases people also think of putting an end to their life because of their present Mental Health/Mental Well being

And this huge rage of hurricane begins when a person finds him/her self alone through this blased situation…because more than often people shy away and get coy speaking about it, how they feel or their struggles are…
Because consciously or unconsciously one starts to believe no one will understand them, have the time or believe their present Mental Health/Mental Well Being

Because “I am Depressed has become a very common statement heard by all of us at a drop of a hat, but people who really go through it often have the trait to be defensive and an escapist regarding this conversation….as they are scared and coy…

The best way to deal with it is to get some professional help…You may see a therapist and talk to him or her about your life or current situation as no one would fear their judgements as they are neutral. And don’t know who you are?from where you belong? Or how all of this started hence talking is always the key…
Some can be rigid seeing a therapist thinking this is some kind of Mental Disorder but trust me, it isn’t.Like i mentioned above, it’s just a state of mind you are dwelling in…If not a therapist I’m sure you can find someone from your family or friend circle who can hear you out…
And this is where our contribution towards Mental Health/Mental Well Being starts…Of course it is difficult to deal with such people as you are getting versed to the fact that he or she is going through something like this…

But the least you can contribute as an individual is to be a patient listener or being patient with the person concerned…I don’t think saying I’m a call or text away is a big deal….
Remember a tiny finger that you offer to someone through his or her rough and patchy journey can do wonders or be healing,It may consume your valuable time or be taxing for you at some point, but you cant even begin to imagine how taxing this journey has been for that person who finally finds a confidant in you, hence never step down…

Spread Love,Positivity N Possibilities to people who are unhappy at the moment…

And to all of you out there, nor are you demented, retarded or different than us it’s just a state of mind that you can definitely overcome be it through professional help or just by talking to somebody…You just need a little of extra Care,Attention,Affection N Understanding

Also please take note or a friendly advice: if you cant be a help to someome, please consciously or unconsciously dont be the reason for someones depression either… by, mocking him/her,demeaning him/her or undermining his/her potential and so on,sometimes these can also be a reason and a vital reason for someones present state of mind

Giving up Is not the solution rather you leave a thousand people behind who will be in grief for not understanding you when they should have for their entire life to bear…Hence,I’m  here for you and everyone who wants to talk…

Post reading your blog I can relate this so much with Mr Wilson…
Back to back 2 powerful blogs in 2 days really making me feel inclined towards your writing…you have lot of depth in your thought. It seems you fight for your mental health every day in ways most people don’t understand.

You are a warrior lady!! You are strong. You’re even more beautiful on the inside than you are on the outside. You have the courage of your convictions.I’m inspired by you. You’re like a ray of sunshine on a really dreary day.You are making a difference. Keep it up 🤟🤟

I am really proud of you that you have come forward to talk about mental health in your blog. If there is depression there is no living in life …it’s living just for the sake of living. Waking up every morning exhausted and unexcited even after putting more hours to sleep. Loneliness and self isolation makes it worse. With time lack of confidence and pessimism builds up. It really takes guts to talk about your mental health …because when you bring this up to people they start mocking you labelling you as “Mad” so people refrain from exposing this experience and keep it burried within them to suffer more. It’s so heart breaking that the person who taught us never to give up on life in “Chichore” took his life. He had the most impressive bio I have ever seen “A photon in a double slit”. Life is not fair … It’s hard to get used to it. Why is it that the demons in our heads have to be conquered by us only …why not go through this together… Why not stop judging people with depression as “mentally weak”. Let’s stand united …we will conquer the demons together.

Nice thoughts. Truly people in depression do not share and that’s where the problem lies

More often than not, people diagnosed with clinical depression take advantage of their near and dear ones by emulating a sense of need. Post which, you only find yourself more devastated once the person reveals their true colours. Beware of posers as acting helpless seems to be the new fad!
